Clearspan

The ASSAB Clearspan range offers many beneficial features for the modern laboratory and is based on intermediate gables and primary support rails, without front leg supports creating a continuous clear span. Suspended cabinets can straddle a gable enabling them to slide laterally along the full length of a bench run. Plinth or castor mounted cabinets can be positioned to accommodate full width storage, without gaps. This ensures compatibility with any cabinet width as well as all standard ASSAB modular storage units. ASSAB Clearspan can be fitted directly to a wall, or to
ASSAB primary support rails maximising the potential for overbench storage and optimum service distribution.
A variety of accessories can be added to create a versatile, fully integrated, high specification laboratory.

Material Specifications

  • All metalwork is degreased, etched and primed prior to finish of white polyester powder coating, electrostatically applied.
  • All RAL colours are available to order. Integral joints are seam welded.
  • All fixings concealed.
  • Gables: 50mm x 25mm 16 gauge ERW mild steel box section.
  • Tie rails: 14 gauge ERW mild steel.
    Back panels: 14 gauge ERW mild steel.
    Feet: M12 metal adjustable leveller with nylon foot cap, profiled for easy cleaning.
