Morris & Spottiswood believes that the CNC Router together with our CAD expertise is the most effective tool in delivering precision one-off bespoke items and high volume exact replication items. Morris & Spottiswood has extensive experience in working with our clients designers to ensure that their design concepts become a reality.

Cabinet Vision software allows us to:

  • Quickly draw any room shape
  • Generate Photo realistic 3D images
  • Apply any finish or colour
  • Alter and agree aspects of the design before manufacturing has even begun

In our 12,000 sq ft workshop this resource collectively has capacity of 757 hours per week. This resource will be increased as client relationships develop and volume of work increases. We use Labour Model Programmes to manage productivity levels and by working closely with our clients and their designers we understand exactly how many hours their individual projects require. This facility has just received Forest Stewardship Council accreditation, confirming our commitment to sustaining the environment.
