Carcases: Of 16mm white melamine faced high density particleboard with no exposed edges unfinished.
Internal shelves: HDPB, fully laminated finish of 0.6mm white plastic laminate with no exposed edges unfinished.
Drawers: White metal drawer sides with 12mm melamine faced chipboard base and back, on metal drawer runners with nylon rollers mounted to carcase sides. Drawers to have a safety stop mechanism.
Door & Drawer fronts: Finished on both faces VGS grade Formica Folkstone grey laminate (0.8mm) with 2mm thick matt black edging to all sides.
Hinges: Heavy duty 170° hinges with self closing mechanism.
Handles: Matt Black bow handle
Back panels: Manufactured in 4mm MDF with white lacquer finish to both faces.
Hanging rails (Suspended cabinets): full width metal hanging bracket, with easily accessible tension spring locking mechanism to prevent lateral movement and ensure tight fitting to supporting metalwork.
Castors (mobile cabinets): 100mm diameter castor with grey soft rubber wheels, chrome plated, overall height 119mm. Front 2 castors fitted with brakes.
Plinths (freestanding cabinets): 100mm high, black MFC kick plate.
